Kettlebell Exercise Tip
Double Kettlebell Snatch is a great exercise for working out your Hamstrings and Shoulders. Place two kettlebells behind your feet. Bend your knees and sit back to pick up the kettlebells. Swing the kettlebells between your legs forcefully and reverse the direction. Drive through with your hips and lock the ketttlebells overhead in one uninterrupted motion.

This delivery is considered a curbside delivery only and will be delivered to a location at your address that is acceptable for a tractor trailer at the drivers discretion.
