Aeromat Inflatable Balance Disc Cushion w/Hand Pump - The Aeromat Balance Disc Cushion, also known as a Wobble Cushion or Instability Cushion, is an air-filled exercise disc made of PVC whos primary mission is to increase the amount of instability while performing various exercises. A balance disc is a great choice for those who wish to train with a stability ball but dont have the space or may require more stabilization. An instability disc provides the user with an unstable and challenging surface while using it by itself or with fitness accessories such as medicine balls or dumbbells. Partner training is a great way to increase the intensity of your workout while two people stand across from each other on a disc and toss a ball back and forth. There are two diameters to choose from including 13.5" and 24". Both sides include different textures to provide different stimulus to the feet, hands, knees and lower back. One side features a feet-friendly pebble top surface while the opposite side is covered with spiky nubs.
