Information about Barbells and Barbell Sets

The Barbell Curl exercise

To perform a barbell curl, you simply need to grasp the bar with your hands, keeping your elbows against your body. Raise your forearms perpendicular to the floor. Then, slowly bring them up to your chest and then down to full extension. The barbell curl is a simple workout routine, but one thing you must be very careful about is choosing the right weight. You do not want to overdo it.
