CalGym CG-9515 Selectorized Inner Thigh/Outer Thigh Machine - The CalGym CG-9515 by TuffStuff is a selectorized inner and outer thigh machine, also referred to as an Adductor/Abductor machine, is used to tone, shape and strengthen muscles of the legs and hips that are often neglected and therefore imbalanced. Increasing strength in these areas can make the hips feel more secure during other leg exercises such as squats and lunges. For best results when using a inner/outer thigh machine, use a weight that allows you complete 12-15 repetitions per set executing proper form the entire time and never arching the back or lifting the butt up off the seat. Many people believe that using the inner and outer thigh machine will lead to spot reducing in the hips and inner thigh. While there is no such thing as spot reducing, the CG-9515 does a great job of toning and firming these problem areas and with the help of a proper diet and some cardio, users will definitely see a reduction in these areas if they are consistent.

Allowing the CalGym CG-9515 to perform two exercises in one are a few unique features that all users will find to be simple and easy to use. First, users will notice the swiveling thigh pads to be comfortable and accommodating. Depending on which thigh exercise variation is being performed, the thigh pads swivel in or out and move freely with the body helping to eliminate pinch points. Each pad includes high density urethane padding for proper support and is double stitched for maximum durability. Directly underneath the user is a pop-pin, which either widens the pads for inner thigh adductor work or brings the pads in close for outer thigh abductor work. As either exercise is being performed, footrests keep the feet secured and away from the main frame.

The CalGym CG-9515 is manufactured to meet the demands of hotel fitness centers, school weight rooms, apartment building gyms and even commercial gyms. All frame tubing is fabricated from industrial grade 11 gauge steel and then finished with a baked-on platinum silver powder coating which is inherently much more durable than paint and does well with resisting dings and scratches. All cables used to drive the pulley wheels and 150 lb. steel weight stack are rated at 2,200 lbs. and deliver a smooth and secure feel while exercising. For enhanced safety, especially where machines are not under any supervision from trainers or staff, the CG-9515 includes a fully shrouded weight stack to make sure that clothing or body parts never make contact with the moving parts inside.

All warranty periods begin to run from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover products not manufactured by Tuff Stuff Fitness or products which are altered without the express written consent of Tuff Stuff Fitness.

This delivery is considered a curbside delivery only and will be delivered to a location at your address that is acceptable for a tractor trailer at the drivers discretion.
