The Medicine Ball

Medicine Balls are weighted balls and can really boost your workout routine specifically targeting your abs. Grab a medicine ball and start doing jack knife crunches. Lie flat on the floor with your lower back pushed to the ground and hold the ball over your head with your arms on the floor. At the same time, raise your legs slowly and raise your arms to meet your feet...all the while holding your lower back to the ground.
