Heavy Grips Warranty and Return Information

Returns

The Heavy Grips™ handgrippers come with a 2 week no-hassle return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your hand grippers for any reason, return them within 14 days for a full refund, not including shipping and handling. We cannot accept returns on grips that have been taken out of the package. Please make sure to not order grips that are too tough for you to close. If you are not sure, please start with the 100 and work your way up.

In the case that you want to return your gripper for a different model because it is not the model you want, please send a check for $6 made out to "Mt. West Communications" (our USA shipper) to cover restocking, shipping and fulfillment charges to exchange the gripper. The return policy was not designed for gripper exchange, but we will do our best to accommodate our customers without losing too much money in the process. If you are not happy with your grippers because they are weaker or tougher than you had thought, send them back and we will refund your money, minus original shipping charges.

Lifetime Warranty

Heavy Grips™ hand grippers carry a Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser. We will replace free of charge any Heavy Grips™ handgripper that has broken or malfunctioned through normal use or manufacturer defect. Unlike most companies, our Lifetime Warranty means a lifetime. If your gripper spring breaks 15 days, 15 months or even 15 years from now, or a handle ever falls off, we will send you a new gripper, at no expense to you, right away.

Warranty Exclusions

We do not offer warranty on any gripper that has been broken through misuse, or been altered in any way. If your hand gripper was not broken from normal grip training, it will not be covered by our Lifetime Warranty.

WARNING-The springs on these grippers are huge and willcause serious injury if they break while using in an inappropriate manner. Heavy Sports Inc. and any of our affiliates will not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur while using the Heavy Grips handgrippers. By purchasing the grippers you agree that you will use them in a responsible manner and AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
