• Station 1 - Vertical Knee Raise will focus on your abdomen, shoulders, lower back and hips.
• Station 2 - Pull up station helps with arms, shoulders, wrist all in the pulling motion.
• Station 3 - Push-ups will focus on arms, shoulders, wrist all in the pushing motion.
• Station 4 - Dips are similar to push-ups but us a different muscle group in the shoulders, arms and wrists.
• Station 5 - Double End Bag will build your eye-hand coordination while striking the bag.
• Station 6 - Heavy Bag station allows both punching for boxing and kicking for kickboxing (Heavy Bag SOLD SEPARATELY).
