Ivanko Pro-Style Machined Cast Iron Chrome Plate with Forged Steel Chrome End Cap Dumbbells - Ivanko has taken the pro-style cast iron plate dumbbell to the next level in the machined series. Irregularities and defects in the ductile cast iron plate have been removed and the plate edges machined resulting in a very smooth and aesthetically pleasing finish. The improvements don't stop there. The cast iron end plate is replaced witha forged steel end plate, resulting in increased durability of the complete dumbbell system. Both the plates and end plates are put through a chroming process utilizing a triple layer hard chrome finish with nickel base.
