The Valor Fitness EX-1 Leg Lift Attachment can be used on the Valor BF-38 Olympic Bench and the Valor BF-52 Olympic Bench with Dual Positions. Allows the user to accessorize other items with the leg lift feature. Foam rollers are provided for the back of the knees as well as ankles. Adjustment pins are already provided on the main frame piece of equipment. Weight post fits standard sized (1”) plates.
