TuffStuff Fitness Evolution Series Power Cage / Squat Rack The Power Cage or Squat Rack is considered a foundational piece of strength training equipment for most facilities. With the Tuff Stuff CPR-265 squat cage by itself you may perform squats and pull-ups. Add a multi-angle utility bench (sold separately) and you now have a weight lifting station to perform bench press, incline press, military press. With the optional high and low pulley attachment with 200 pounds of selectorized weight stack resistance, you may perform lat pulldowns, tricep press downs, standing bicep curls, seated rows, upright rows, and many more exercises. Finally, add the optional dip attachment for body weight training to complete your power rack as the ultimate in functional training equipment.
