USA Made Premium Half Racks - USA Made Premium Half Racks by Ironcompany are the workhorse of any weight room for maximizing strength and muscle gains through Olympic weight lifting. Half racks offer endless training versatility while requiring a smaller investment and footprint compared to larger full size racks and cages. Lifters can perform prime movers such as squats and bench presses with piece of mind thanks to the adjustable safety bars and beefy frame. Adding variable resistance to squats and presses through rubber resistance bands is achieved by utilizing any of the three pairs of included band pegs. Six pairs of weight pegs make working out with a partner, performing drop sets or just keeping plenty of plates on hand easy and convenient. And an angled pull-up bar is included on each half squat rack for training the back or securely anchoring a suspension trainer such as the CrossCore180. Optional accessories include a USA Made Multi-Bench with transport system and 6 x 8 weightlifting platform.

Each heavy-duty half rack is made from premium USA made steel and includes two different frame build options. The Premium Half Rack and Premium Plus Half Rack both include 3 x 3 x 11 gauge front uprights and 2 x 3 x 11 gauge rear uprights. This configuration alone is enough to hold up an F150 pick-up truck. For those that want to hold up an Abrams tank, the Pro Plus Half Rack is fabricated using 4 x 3 x 7 gauge front and back uprights.
