The CrossCore180® adds a direct drive, portable pulley station to your X-Lift that can be used with different counterweights such as kettlebells, dumbbells, plates and resistance bands.

NOTE: It is strongly recommended to bolt rack to floor through pre-drilled tabs on base of unit. Where bolting down of rack is not an option, it is recommended to use counterweights such as dumbbells, plates, and/or kettlebells in storage trays/racks when attaching a suspension type trainer or rings at either point of the double chin bar. Always perform a weight test first to make sure the rack will support the user’s entire bodyweight without tipping.

Ships via one of our various freight carriers on a wooden pallet. This delivery is considered a curbside delivery only and will be delivered to a location at your address that is acceptable for a tractor trailer at the drivers discretion. Customers are required to be home at the time of delivery to sign the delivery receipt and help offload the individual packages from the tail end of the truck. On most deliveries, customers will receive a 24-hour notification before the delivery is made.
