York Quad-Grip Dual Flange Cast Iron Olympic Plates - York re-designed its patented Pick-up Plate by adding two additional slotted finger inserts on the rim making it one of the easiest economy plates to maneuver. The cast iron Quad Grip Plate's distinctive four-slot finger insert is masterfully designed to encourage ease in pick-up while maintaining the dual-sided, deep-dish flange for ease in carrying and loading the plates. The 2-inch hole plates fit all York Olympic bars and are available in Hammer tone gray.
