Unlike jump ropes with weighted handles only, the Ader Fitness Heavy Jump Ropes have very light handles and carry all the weight in the tube rope itself, creating a much harder workout since the exerciser must then expend more energy to push the rope through the rotational movement and then keep the momentum against resistance created by the weight of the rope. The result is a much more intense cardio workout for strengthening core, burning calories, and shedding body fat. Be prepared, this is a tough workout!
