Each Iron Grip dumbbell utilizes your choice of 30mm solid steel straight handles or contoured handles that are press fit through each solid steel head and then fully welded for an inseparable fusion. This one piece construction utilizes no bolts, screws, glue, pins or anything else that has the potential to fail in extreme weightlifting environments. After each welded solid steel dumbbell is complete, the heads are then encapsulated in polyurethane using a 12-sided mold. This urethane coating is paramount in retaining the dumbbells aesthetics year after year and will never crack, peel or chip like other dumbbells can. Urethane is also superior in helping protect floors and other adjacent strength equipment from impact caused by dropping dumbbells.

Iron Grip Urethane Dumbbell Warranty:

• Iron Grip Barbell Company, Inc. warrants that Iron Grip® Products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years beginning from the original date of purchase. Warranty extends to original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Olympic Weight Plates and Dumbbells: Urethane products are not intended for use on concrete floors. Urethane products that exhibit damage caused by concrete floors will not be covered under warranty. Urethane products should be cleaned with a clean, soft cloth moistened with water only. Marring of the Urethane due to the use of detergents or household cleaners will not be covered under warranty.
