Body-Solid OB86LPB 7' Olympic Power Bar (Zinc) – The OB86LPB by Body Solid is a USA Made Olympic Weightlifting Bar with a shaft made from high tensile strength steel and coated with zinc for added corrosion resistance. While a new zinc surface is quite reactive when exposed to the atmosphere, zinc corrosion products develop rapidly on the surface as the coating is exposed to natural wet and dry cycles in the atmosphere. These corrosion products, or "zinc patina", act as an additional barrier between the steel and the environment and extends the finish life of the knurled gripping area of the bar. The gripping area include a deep diamond knurl pattern which offers a secure grip when pulling heavy weight or going for max PR's. This is a bar you can stock throughout your facility to be utilized for squats, bench presses, deadlifts and just about anything else.

With a 1,000 pound capacity and 120,000 pound tensile strength, the OB86LPB, or the "REBEL BAR" as it is also affectionately known, will hold up under hardcore Olympic and crossfit workouts. Olympic medium hash marks and no center knurl allow for peak functionality when performing whip style movements such as clean and jerk, snatches, and overhead presses.
