CAP Barbell OPHB Black Iron Olympic Gripping Plates - OPHB Olympic grip plates by CAP Barbell are solid cast iron barbell plates with elevated gripping handles molded into all sizes from 2.5 to 100 pounds. The elevated handles, or slots, make picking plates up off the ground simple and easy. Elevated handles are smaller in diameter than non-elevated handles and better accommodate all hand sizes for a sure and safe grip at all times. Each weighted barbell plate features three built-in gripping handles which allows the user to find a grip opening from any side when removing from a plate tree or weight lifting bar.

Ships via one of our various freight carriers on a wooden pallet. This delivery is considered a curbside delivery only and will be delivered to a location at your address that is acceptable for a tractor trailer at the drivers discretion. Customers are required to be present at the time of delivery to sign the delivery receipt and help offload the individual packages from the tail end of the truck. On most deliveries, customers will receive a 24-hour notification before the delivery is made.
