CrossCore® Rotational Bodyweight Training

Upon completion of the CrossCore® Level One, Boot Camp course, the user is qualified to attend the Level Two, Small Unit Leaders Course, designed for Fitness Professionals and Small Unit Leaders tasked with preparing physical training sessions for individuals or small units. This 8 hour, comprehensive course will cover all aspects of Rotational Bodyweight Training (RBT) to include the exercise library as well as all progressions and regressions for each movement. This course also covers basic movement patterns such as Push, Pull, Squat, Lunge and Plank and ensures the participants understanding of the importance of these when developing a small unit physical training session. This course is designed to educate the participant on the proper methods of instruction and delivery of course material to the small unit or individual. In addition, the participant will learn how to develop an effective physical training program using the CrossCore180® as the main piece of exercise equipment or using it as one tool in their tool box.


  • Prerequisite: CrossCore® Boot Camp Level 1
  • Duration: 1 day course
  • Limit: 20 trainers (students) included in price of package (upcharge for each additional trainer)
