BodyCraft Flat-Incline-Decline Bench - The only bench designed to fit into any Smith Machine, or Rack System. As the bench inclines, it slides back and under the bar. The BodyCraft F320 bench is a great dumbbell bench! Twenty inches tall in the flat position and only gets lower from there, making dumbbells easy to reach.

- Seat declines for extra comfort and stability when bench is inclined
- Pop-pin allows you to easily switch or remove optional attachments
