Iron Grip Group Strength Set - The Group Strength Barbell Set by Iron Grip is available at IRON COMPANY® for use in studios and clubs. This barbell set was specifically designed to accommodate groups of 20 people at a time to simultaneously tone the muscles of the body while increasing the heart rate to burn fat. Performing light weight barbell exercises in a group class is often referred to as Cardio Pump as it involves ramping up the heart rate (cardio) while targeting different muscle groups of the body (pump).
Each Iron Grip barbell club pack includes 20 light weight barbell bars and an assortment of 2.5, 5 and 10 lb. 12-sided urethane barbell plates. Additionally, the opposing handles in each Iron Grip plate can be used to perform hand held resistance exercises more commonly seen with dumbbells. 20 pairs of Lock-Jaw Collars make weight changes quick and easy. The Iron Grip Group Strength barbell rack is heavy-duty and designed to hold and organize all bars, plates and weight collars securely during and after group training class.

Iron Grip Group Strength is available for clubs in a 20-user pre-configured package that provides each individual user with two 10 lb., two 5 lb. and two 2.5 lb. urethane-encased standard plates, a chromed straight bar 52 inches in length, and a pair of Lock-Jaw collars. The heavy-duty bar weighs 3.5 lbs alone and can hold up to 100 lbs. Commercial-grade Lock-Jaw collars are extremely durable and provide a secure fit to keep plates from sliding off the bars. In addition, they can be locked and unlocked easily with one hand to facilitate quick plate changes during class.

Ships via one of our various freight carriers on a wooden pallet. This delivery is considered a curbside delivery only and will be delivered to a location at your address that is acceptable for a tractor trailer at the drivers discretion. Customers are required to be present at the time of delivery to sign the delivery receipt. On most deliveries, customers will receive a 24-hour notification call and lift gate service.
