York Barbell FTS Seated Adjustable Preacher Curl Bench - The 48050 Adjustable Bicep Curl Bench by York Barbell is built and designed for performing bicep curls with barbells and dumbbells in home gyms and fitness studios. 2 x 2 x 13 gauge steel tube uprights are compatible with fixed weight, regular and Olympic EZ-curl bars and 5 straight bars for bicep and forearm building exercises like close grip bicep curls for the outer head of the biceps, wide curls to target the inner bicep heads and reverse curls to increase strength and mass throughout the forearms. Dumbbells can also be used for one arm concentration curls. The preacher curl pad of the 48050 is adjustable in height to accommodate different size users. Because the preacher curl bench promotes proper form and isolation of the biceps, it is one of the most effective bicep building tools you can use.
