Prism Fitness Group SMART Modular Agility Ladder - The SMART Modular Agility Ladder from Prism Fitness Group is a sports performance tool with step patterns for forward, lateral, and backward movements during athletic field drills to improve agility and speed. The Smart Modular Agility Ladder offers an unlimited variety of agility drills and exercises using the expandable Quick Connect System. Simply snap two or more ladders together end-to-end to create your desired length and connect the rungs together at the sides to create your desired width. Agility ladders can be used on any field or court for all types of sports including football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, lacrosse, and more. In addition, agility ladder training has become an important part of trending cross-training WODs, boxing and MMA training, and portable boot camp regiments. Snap and connect to create various patterns from double and triple lane ladders to obstacles to zig zag, and even a full grid. Quick Connect System
The SMART Modular Agility Ladder features a male-female connector on each rung end to easily twist and connect as many rungs together as you like to make a double ladder, triple ladder, or grid. Ladders can also be connected together at the ends with snap couplers to increase the desired length to 30 feet, 45 feet, or even 60 feet and more. The Quick Connect System enables coaches and athletes to build a modular network of ladder lengths and widths that work best for their sport or training need.

Smart Organizer
The Smart Organizer simplifies gathering and releasing of the ladder rungs and prevents tangling and knotting. To store the ladder align each rung into the organizer and fasten it closed. If you have more than one 15-foot ladder you can twist clockwise and connect two organizers together for easy transportation and storage. To take them apart again, simple twist counter-clockwise. Handle included for easy transport and storage.
