Prism Fitness Group Self-Guided SMART Workout Mat w/Grommets 16mm - SMART Foam Workout Mats by Prism Fitness are a commercial grade closed cell mat measuring 24 x 72. Unlike any other foam workout mat, SMART mats are Self-Guiding! What is self-guiding? Many people new to fitness are unfamiliar with workout tools and all their uses. For some, this can be intimidating in the home and especially out in public. The last thing most of us want to do is to stand in front of our equipment in a public place with a bewildered look on our face not quite sure how to use it. Prism Fitness has answered this age old problem by printing 14-core exercises on one side of the mat and 14-stretching exercises on the other. A self-guided workout mat is the next best thing to having a trainer and will provide you with a complete list of workout mat exercises. No longer will you stare at your mats not quite knowing what to do with them!

The 16mm SMART Fitness Mat (400-150-031) differs from the Yellow/Green 6mm mat (400-150-030) by including two grommets on one end of the mat. These grommets, or eyelets, can be used to easily hang your mats on a mat rack so they are up off the floor. This is especially beneficial where numerous mats are being used such as a group training class, school weight room or commercial gym.
