Pickup orders must be prepaid, confirmed and scheduled before arrival. No unscheduled warehouse walk-ins are permitted.

The warehouse is located near I-635 and the Dallas North Tollway. Pickup is by confirmed appointment only and is currently scheduled Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Same-day or next-day pickup may be available for certain prepaid in-stock orders, but it is not guaranteed. Do not travel to the warehouse until IRON COMPANY has confirmed the inventory and provided your scheduled pickup time.

How to Arrange Your Pickup

  1. Place the qualifying order online using MOVE20 or place the order through an IRON COMPANY sales representative.
  2. Select Warehouse Pickup when that option is displayed during checkout, or tell your sales representative that you want Dallas warehouse pickup.
  3. Wait for IRON COMPANY to confirm product availability and provide your scheduled pickup appointment. Do not arrive before receiving confirmation.
  4. Bring a copy of the paid invoice and a valid photo ID. If another person will pick up the order, provide that person’s name before the appointment.
  5. Bring a truck, trailer or other appropriate vehicle for the size and weight of your order. Warehouse personnel can assist with loading, including forklift support for large or palletized items.

Continental U.S. Shipping and Bulk Orders

Dallas warehouse pickup is optional. Residential, commercial, school, military and government customers throughout the continental U.S. may order qualifying warehouse overstock for direct shipment. Parcel and LTL freight options depend on the product, order size, destination and delivery requirements.

Buying multiple sets, pallet quantities or equipment for a complete facility? Contact IRON COMPANY for current availability, freight assistance and a delivered quote. An IRON COMPANY sales representative will apply the same 20% discount to qualifying products included in a rep-assisted order.
