Ergo Wing Medium Pronated/Supinated Lat/Row Handle | Body-Solid (MB623P)

23-Inch Medium Grip for Pulldowns and Rows

The Body-Solid MB623P Ergo Wing Medium Pronated/Supinated Lat/Row Handle provides a 23-inch grip position for cable-based back training. This cable attachment features a medium-width attachment for a natural shoulder-width hand position, with an angled wing configuration for vertical pulldowns and horizontal seated rows.

Choosing the Medium Ergo Wing Handle

The 23-inch handle fills the medium-width position in the Ergo Wing attachment family, placing the hands at the shoulder-width stance. Buyers who prefer a narrower hand position can compare the Body-Solid MB613N Narrow/Pronated Lat/Row Handle or the Body-Solid MB612P Narrow/Supinated Lat/Row Handle. Choose among the three based on the grip width and hand orientation you want for your cable exercises.

Angled Steel Handle with Neoprene Coating

Heavy-duty steel forms the handle's angled wing structure, which is fully covered in high-grip protective neoprene. The attachment weighs 5 lbs. and measures 4 inches long by 23 inches wide by 7 inches high; refer to the Specifications tab for the complete product data.

Connecting the MB623P to Cable Equipment

Confirm the attachment connection against your equipment before ordering. It can be paired with functional trainers and cable machines and multi-station gyms when the connection is suitable.

The cable machine or functional trainer is sold separately. Cables, carabiners, and other machine hardware shown in application photography should not be assumed to be included with the MB623P. Additional handle shapes and grip widths can be compared in cable attachments.

Residential and Commercial Use

The lat/row handle is a cable attachment intended for residential and commercial use. Its 23-inch width and 5 lb. product weight distinguish it from the narrower Ergo Wing attachments when planning a cable-training setup.
