The FLEXI-Roll® Home Mat by Dollamur is backed by a 5-Year Limited Warranty, covering 100% repair or replacement for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and care in the first 3 years. 50% repair or replacement in year 4. 25% repair or replacement in year 5.

Warranty Coverage:

• The mat must be installed and maintained according to the Care & Handling Manual provided with the product.
• This warranty covers manufacturer defects but does not apply to cosmetic wear such as scuff marks, compression, or fading.
• The mat must not have been misused, neglected, improperly stored, or altered in any way.

Freight Coverage for Warranty Claims:

• Year 1: 100% of return and/or replacement freight costs will be covered for valid warranty claims.

All warranty claims are subject to evaluation, and the manufacturer reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace the product. Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Regularly clean with approved disinfectants. Do not use bleach.

• Parcel: Smaller orders will ship via UPS ground.
• Freight: Freight deliveries are considered "curbside" only and will be delivered on a wooden pallet to a location at your address suitable for a tractor trailer at the drivers discretion. Your delivery will include a 24-hour notification to schedule delivery for the next business day and lift gate service only. There will be an upcharge for any additional delivery services (i.e. inside delivery). Customers are required to be available at the time of delivery to inspect the shipment, make note of any freight damage or shortages, and sign the delivery receipt including notes of any damage or shortages.
• International Orders: Shipping cost to your location outside the lower 48-states will NOT be calculated at checkout and will be emailed for approval after the order is placed.
