AVAILABLE MODELS:

Lock-Jaw Olympic (LJC-OLY2) – The Lock-Jaw OLY 2 is where it all began. When deactivated, the release latch expands the inside diameter of the collar to allow the user to easily slide it over the bar sleeve until it is making contact with the weight plates. Once the collar is in position, the user activates the latch and locks the collar on tight. To remove, simply deactivate the latch with one hand and slide off. Each Lock-Jaw Olympic barbell collar contains a series of injection molded pressure pads that provide a firm, non-slip hold that will not scratch your bar. The NEW LOCK-JAW OLY 2 features an improved design to increase strength and holding power over 50% from the classic version.

Lock-Jaw Pro (LJC-PR2) – The Lock-Jaw PRO 2 collar was specifically designed to be used in conjunction with bumper plates during Olympic and cross-training barbell exercises performed in WODs. The difference between the Lock-Jaw Olympic collar and the Lock-Jaw Pro collar is that the Lock-Jaw Pro incorporates a permanent spring loaded "snap-latch" (seen on the black collars as a red tab) that insures a secure hold and will not come open and lose its grip even from the most brutal bar drops.

Lock-Jaw Pro with Magnets (LJC-PR2-MB) The Lock-Jaw PRO 2 with magnets offers the same high performance and ease of use as the standard PRO 2, but also comes with magnets on both sides of the collars. These magnets allow for a snug fit against metal plates when loaded onto the bar. They also allow the collars to be affixed to benches, racks, and rigs between sets and weight changes, or for easy storage when not in use.

Warranty:

Within 10 days after discovery of the issue, customer must provide proof of purchase, description of complaint, the product(s) in question, name, address, phone, and email if available. AVUS DESIGN LLC or agent will only replace or issue credit after receipt of said item(s). This warranty does not apply to unreasonable use or damage. Products that have worn out due to excessive use are not covered under the warranty. Pad and/or part replacement service may be available upon request for some products.

Lock-Jaw collars should not be used to retain weights for direct overhead lifting, such as "tricep extensions" or "pull overs". Furthermore, Lock-Jaw collars are not designed to hold weight plates in a vertical orientation, where the full weight or the plates bears on the collar only. Lock-Jaw collars should not be used in platform lifting or power-style lifting. This type of use would be considered unreasonable and will void the warranty. This warranty covers products sold in the United States. Products purchased in other countries are subject to replacement terms by the international distributor or dealer where the sale originated.

A Lock-Jaw collar thought to be defective, damaged, or not working properly, should NEVER be used as injury may occur. A Lock-Jaw collar that is thought to be damaged should be removed from use immediately so that it cannot be used on fitness equipment. Care and Maintenance:

Your Lock-Jaw collar requires no special maintenance or care. Although it is highly durable, it should be treated with care. You should not drop, throw or crush your Lock-Jaw collar. Rough handling of Lock-Jaw collars will void warranty, shorten their life, and can compromise user safety. If you should notice any of the fasteners on your collar become loose or protrude beyond the surface of the faceplate they MUST BE TIGHTENED IMMEDIATELY using a standard #2 Square-Drive screwdriver.

• Freight: Freight deliveries are considered "curbside" only and will be delivered on a wooden pallet to a location at your address suitable for a tractor trailer at the drivers discretion. Your delivery will include a 24-hour notification to schedule delivery for the next business day and lift gate service only. There will be an upcharge for any additional delivery services (i.e. inside delivery). Customers are required to be available at the time of delivery to inspect the shipment, make note of any freight damage or shortages, and sign the delivery receipt including notes of any damage or shortages.
