Assisted Chin Dip - Muscle D Fitness (S-E-ACD)

Elite Selectorized Assisted Chin Dip Machine - Muscle D Fitness (S-E-ACD) - The Muscle D Elite Selectorized Assisted Chin Dip Machine is must have strength training equipment for schools and clubs. The S-E-ACD makes it possible to do tricep dips and chin-ups for those who cannot easily complete these exercises using their own bodyweight. The assisted chin dip is also a popular finishing exercise to finish off what’s left of the back and triceps after a grueling free weight workout. The knee pad and 160 lb. weight stack work to reduce the users own bodyweight so that these exercises can be executed correctly in a safe manner while using correct form. Two sets of chin-up handles are included to provide narrow and wide grip options with ergonomically angled handles to lessen strain on the wrist joints. Dipping handles include non-slip rubber grips and can rotate from narrow to wide for added training variety. And the weight stack provides up to 160 lbs. of counterbalance and rides on two polished steel guide rods driven by high-strength cables and pulleys with sealed bearings.
