PowerBlock Pro 32 Commercial Dumbbell Set | PowerBlock (PRO-32) - PowerBlock Commercial Pro 32 dumbbells feature a magnetic pin for quick and simple weight adjustments, much like a weight stack, for a resistance range of 4-32 lbs. That's the equivalent of eight pairs of dumbbells in one single dumbbell footprint. The low starting weight of the Pro 32 makes it ideal for beginners to concentrate on perfecting their form and can be useful for performing light dumbbell exercises for rehabilitation. The contoured handle is ergonomically shaped to be more comfortable in the palm of the hand during dumbbell workouts. Color band indicators on the rail near the selector pin correspond to the built-in weight chart on the handle for easy reference. And the steel plates are coated in urethane to ensure smooth, quiet workouts and keeps your PowerBlocks looking great for years to come. 

PowerBlock PowerStand - The optional PowerBlock PowerStand dumbbell rack is made to accomodate the PowerBlock Pro 32 dumbbell set. With its small footprint (28.5″ L x 18″ W), the PowerStand can go almost anywhere in the home or commercial facility. The "step-in" design puts your PowerBlock dumbbells in the preferred position for unracking and reracking eliminating strain on the lower back and finger pinching like some conventional dumbbell racks. The flat trays are stable and ideally positioned for quick weight changes between sets or during drop sets. The PowerStand by PowerBlock is constructed of steel and coated in a black textured powder coat finish. It arrives at your doorstep in one box and assembles easy. The PowerStand is not compatible with sets larger than 50 lbs. 

PowerBlock PowerBench - Made from 3" × 3″ 14-gauge steel, the PowerBench is more than capable in any commercial environment. The 1,000 lb. weight capacity and bolt-together construction with full portability wheels, increase versatility and storage in tight spaces. • Weight Plates: Urethane coated steel for smooth, quiet performance.
• Handles: The open draft of the interior surface maximizes the range of motion and increases ergonomics with the contoured rubber grip.
• Auto-Lock: The Auto-Lock lever on the handle is a simple and safe way to make micro adjustments in 2.5 lbs. increments. Unlock to remove two chrome ballast weights from within the handle. Then drop the handle back in the weight stack to close the lever.
• Rails: The color bands on the rails correspond with the weight chart on the handle to show how much weight is selected.
• Selector Pin: Adjust weights quickly to keep workouts flowing by using the pin to select different rails. The pin is super strong polypropylene and rated for a 500lbs. max load. Magnets inside the pin hold it securely once inserted completely.
• Starting weight of only 4 lbs. is perfect for beginners to learn proper training technique as well as those that are rehabilitating.
