The Squat Box is designed for home, gym, or portable use—simply connect the pulley underneath the squat box to a cable machine or resistance band. Then put the belt on and attach the belt hook to the carabiner on top of the squat box. Perfect for athletes, rehab users, or garage gym owners, this portable platform unlocks a wide range of lower and upper body movements using a cable machine or resistance bands—without the strain of loading weight on your spine.

Designed for safety and adaptability, the Squat Box features an anti-slip padded surface and a smooth-rolling commercial-grade pulley system underneath. Whether you’re performing belt squats for glute activation or targeting the upper body with rows, curls, or overhead presses, the built-in rotating pulley provides fluid movement and adjustable resistance. Attach to any cable stack or resistance band system for quick, hassle-free setup.

Constructed with durable steel and finished in a sleek black matte coating, this squat platform is built to withstand commercial use while maintaining portability. The custom belt with quick-release latch ensures secure and fast attachment changes, while rubberized feet keep the unit firmly planted during training.
