Plate Loaded Standing Hamstring Curl | Legend Fitness (3175) - The 3175 Standing Leg Curl Machine by Legend Fitness is designed to isolate the hamstring muscles of the leg for increased strength and muscle mass. Unlike most hamstring curl machines, the 3175 isolates a single hamstring at a time while standing upright which eliminates the ability for a dominant side to outwork the weaker side. Single leg hamstring curls are great for providing enhanced contraction, deep muscle fiber burn and can be greatly beneficial for sports athletes, bodybuilders and powerlifters.

The Single Leg Standing Hamstring Curl by Legend Fitness is built from large diameter 11 gauge steel tubing that is fully welded creating a stable platform and eliminating the need for customer assembly. The self adjusting leg roller conforms to each individual users height and is attached to the frame via industrial grade pillow block bearings. Padding on both the thigh pad and leg roller is made from dense rebond foam able to hold firm under the heaviest loads and continues to hold its shape year after year.
