USA Made Strength Training Equipment by York Barbell - Choose from USA made oak Olympic weightlifting platforms, ramps and more. York Barbell Company is one of the oldest and most well respected names in the weightlifting community, with roots dating back to the 1930’s and pioneering many of today’s exercise philosophies and free weight training methods. York Barbell Olympic lifting platforms are proudly manufactured in York, Pennsylvania and provide the foundation for their Strength Training Series of weightlifting equipment. York Barbell weightlifting platforms are manufactured in a three-piece design with thick rubber outer sections surrounding a solid oak insert covered with a durable polyurethane surface coating. Free standing USA made weightlifting platforms can be used for training and competition for powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting exercises such as deadlifts, power cleans, clean and jerks, and snatches. Available in 6’ x 8’ and 8’ x 8’ sizes, York lifting platforms offer excellent floor protection and noise control. And, if you need a platform in a hurry to meet a deadline for a club opening, competitive meet, or school gym renovation, York Barbell’s fabrication lead time is measured by a few weeks as compared to a few months like most other manufacturers. Custom logos are also available for an added fee.
