The IRON COMPANY Single Bar Holder is not made of flimsy sheet metal like some bar hangers that can bend from weight, nor does it use welded posts that can snap off. This hanging rack is fabricated from sturdy 11-gauge steel that goes through laser cutting and computer numerically controlled (CNC) bending. This Olympic weight bar holder accommodates standard length Olympic bars, Olympic "shorty" bars, and even Olympic curl bars since the bar will hang downward from the inside collar at the end of one sleeve. The spacing between the two rungs of the hanging bar rack is wide enough to fit traditional barbell shafts from 25mm to 32mm in diameter. Two pre-drilled mounting holes allow for secure installation.

Installation Recommendation:

• It is strongly recommended to hire a professional to ensure proper installation to wall with correct type of hardware as well as account for load bearing tolerances of mounting hardware and wall. As an example for load bearing test, one traditional full-size Olympic bar weighs 45 pounds, and the rack has a weight of 2 pounds (so 47 pounds total weight affixed to wall).
