Alpha Dumbbell/Row Kickback Bench | Arsenal (9044)

Alpha Dumbbell/Row Kickback Bench | Arsenal (9044) - Designed to reduce stress and maximize isolation, the Arsenal Strength Alpha Dumbbell/Row Kickback Bench (9044) is built for serious strength training. This specialty bench provides essential support for movements like dumbbell pullovers, tricep kickbacks, and overhead extensions—while minimizing back strain and setup complexity. It’s the only bench of its kind engineered with an angled design and built-in dumbbell cradle to let users lift straight from the bench instead of the floor.

Whether you're a bodybuilder targeting rear delts and triceps or a commercial facility outfitting a functional strength zone, this bench offers both comfort and performance. The 5-degree angle positions the user securely with padded knee and hand supports, helping lock in proper form through the entire range of motion. Its durable construction, customizable colors, and compact footprint make it ideal for military bases, athletic training rooms, and GSA-approved installations.

IRON COMPANY is a trusted, GSA-certified supplier with more than 26 years of experience serving U.S. military, government agencies, and pro athletic programs nationwide. This bench is available via GSA Contract #47QSMA22D08NN.
