• NOTE: 3/4" Mats are designed as a utilitarian flooring solution. Thickness variations (up to 1/8") and dimensional variations may exist mat-to-mat when laid out for larger coverage areas. To minimize the effect of dimensional and thickness variations the mats can be installed in a brick pattern as an alternative to the standard block pattern. Shims are also recommended for larger installations to even out any height variances.
• Please Note: Rubber mat variances + sub-floor inconsistencies + surrounding climate can all affect the tightness in which rubber mats will fit together, even if trued. That means there can and will be some gapping of varying widths. For larger installation areas, we recommend using interlocking tiles or rolled rubber to best eliminate visual seams. 

Warranty:

• 5 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship. Only 1/2" and 3/4" mats recommended for heavy weight drop areas. Warranty does not cover premature wear due to heavy weight drop, such as dumbbells and barbells. Always use ½” or ¾” thick supplemental tiles or mats on top of thinner mats or rolled rubber in heavy drop zones.

• Freight: Freight deliveries are considered "curbside" only and will be delivered on a wooden pallet to a location at your address suitable for a tractor trailer at the drivers discretion. Your delivery will include a 24-hour notification to schedule delivery for the next business day and lift gate service only. There will be an upcharge for any additional delivery services (i.e. inside delivery). Customers are required to be available at the time of delivery to inspect the shipment, make note of any freight damage or shortages, and sign the delivery receipt including notes of any damage or shortages.
