Description
Modeled after Body-Solid’s popular SFID325 Adjustable Bench, the SFID425 adds a wide seat and integrated leg hold-down, giving lifters an even more versatile bench for flat, incline and decline training. The seat pad adjusts to flat, 10° and 18°, while the back pad offers seven settings: flat, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 80° and a -18° decline.
These adjustment options make it easy to fine-tune the angle for flat or incline barbell work in a power rack, targeted dumbbell presses or rows, and secure decline movements. The leg hold-down locks the lower body in place for decline bench presses, decline dumbbell presses, sit-ups, ball toss sit-ups and other core drills.
The SFID425 is built around a full-commercial steel frame with sealed bearings at the pivot points for smooth, long-lasting adjustment. Matte black paint resists scratching and blends with a wide variety of facility designs. At 66" long and 25" wide with a training height of 18", this bench offers a low, stable profile that works seamlessly with dumbbells, smith machines, squat racks and power racks.
