Cambered Multi-Grip Bar for Pressing and Rowing

The IRON COMPANY CMG Cambered Multi-Grip Swiss Bar combines multiple hand positions with a 3.5-inch cambered frame for upper-body barbell training. Unlike a flat multi-grip bar, the center frame is offset from the sleeve axis, giving lifters a different specialty-bar geometry for exercises such as bench presses and bent-over rows.

The CMG weighs 39 lbs. and is constructed from steel with a black powder-coat finish. Multiple 32 mm diameter grips provide several hand-placement options within the center frame.

3.5-Inch Cambered Frame

Important 48 mm Sleeve and Collar Compatibility

The CMG uses 48 mm diameter sleeves and requires compatible axle collars. Do not assume conventional Olympic barbell collars will clamp correctly to these sleeves.

Bar Dimensions and Rack Fit

The CMG measures 82.25 inches overall, with 53 inches from sleeve to sleeve and 14.5 inches of loadable sleeve length on each side. Before using the bar in a power rack, half rack, squat stand, or bench station, compare these dimensions with the exact rack and support configuration.

Overall bar length alone does not establish rack compatibility. The sleeve-to-sleeve measurement and center-frame geometry should also be considered.

Care and Storage

Store the CMG indoors in a dry location and away from outdoor exposure. Avoid dropping a loaded bar directly onto rack pins, safety supports, or benches. Damage or bending caused by this type of impact may fall outside manufacturer warranty coverage.
