Each Definity body bar is constructed from a solid steel bar completely covered in soft foam rubber that adds comfort while performing high rep sets and cardio workouts. Plastic end caps include bright color coding for easy weight identification which is ideal in group training settings. Wooden cardio room floors are protected from impact thanks to the foam rubber coating and end caps included on each Definity exercise bar.
