If attaching your CrossCore Suspended Pulley Trainer to a bar, door, beam or other anchor point is not an option, the Ceiling and Wall Anchor is a great solution.

• Great for creating an anchor point from a ceiling beam or wall beam when nothing else is available.
• Base is made from 1/4" steel plate and measures 3" x 6".
• Includes four bolt holes for better versatility when mounting.
• Includes (2) 3/8 x 3 wood lag screws and (2) washers
