Description

The Classic V2 Selectorized Biceps Curl is engineered for durability, comfort, and consistent performance in demanding gym environments. The solid 11-gauge steel frame provides stability during heavy sets, while double-stitched commercial upholstery helps pads hold up to daily use.

Ergonomic angled handles help guide the curl path so users can focus on elbow flexion and controlled reps. The ratchet-style seat adjustment makes it easy to set height quickly, helping users align the elbows and shoulders for efficient biceps activation.

For best results, adjust the seat so the elbows stay comfortably aligned with the machine’s curl path. Keep shoulders down and back, use a controlled tempo, and avoid swinging to keep tension on the biceps throughout the rep.
