Overview

The Muscle D Fitness Excel Selectorized Lat Pulldown/Low Row (S-EX-LPLR) is a dual-function strength training machine that delivers two powerful back exercises in one space-saving design. Built for commercial durability and precision, this machine allows users to perform both lat pulldowns and seated low rows without cable changes. Perfect for gyms, studios, and serious home gyms, it’s the ideal solution for developing a strong, wide, and well-defined back.

Description

Featuring a 200 lb. selectorized weight stack and heavy-duty construction, the Excel Lat Pulldown/Low Row Combo provides smooth resistance for both upper and lower back exercises. The high pulley system allows for controlled lat pulldowns that effectively target the lats and rear delts, while the low row station focuses on mid-back thickness and posture. Transitioning between the two exercises is effortless, with no need for cable adjustments, allowing users to move quickly between pulling angles for balanced back development.

The adjustable thigh hold-down rollers keep users locked in for heavy pulldowns, while the non-skid footplate ensures a secure low row experience. Its durable steel frame and sealed bearings guarantee stability and longevity, even in high-use facilities. Compact, versatile, and biomechanically designed for precision, this combo machine delivers professional-grade performance in any fitness environment.
