Overview

The Spirit Fitness i-STRENGTH Dual Leg Extension/Leg Curl (CSI-LELC) is a commercial-grade combination gym machine for focused quadriceps and hamstrings training in one space-saving unit. It uses an electronically adaptive resistance system instead of a traditional selectorized weight stack, giving facilities modern resistance control, four training modes, and easy exercise transitions from a seated position.

This machine is well suited for commercial fitness rooms, performance centers, corporate gyms, and premium home or garage gyms that want guided lower-body training with a small footprint. The padded adjustable seat, natural axis of rotation, and touchscreen console help users set up quickly and train with consistent movement quality.

Description

The Spirit Fitness CSI-LELC is designed for facilities that want efficient lower-body strength training without dedicating separate floor space to both a leg extension and a leg curl machine. The dual-function format lets users train opposing muscle groups from a seated position, which is practical for circuit training, personal training sessions, and general member use. Because the resistance is electronically controlled, users can move between settings quickly while exploring different training styles through the built-in Pure, Eccentric, Isokinetic, and Elastic modes.

In day-to-day use, the adjustable seat helps line up the knees with the machine’s engineered axis of rotation for a more natural movement path. That fit detail matters in shared environments where multiple users rotate through the equipment. The frame uses heavy-gauge steel and commercial-grade components, while the low-profile design keeps the machine approachable and easier to place in a strength circuit. For buyers who want a modern alternative to conventional pin-loaded machines, this i-STRENGTH unit offers guided leg training, compact efficiency, and connected software updates in one platform.
