Park it in front of a dumbbell rack in the weight room for dumbbell presses, chest flyes and even incline tricep extensions. For barbell presses, the 3101 works well in a power rack or a Smith machine. The optional transport system makes this weight bench even easier to maneuver throughout the gym. The quality and heavy-duty construction is evident the minute you sit down for your first set. Legend fabricates the 3101 from massive 3 x 3 x 11 gauge steel and fully welds the frame so it remains rock solid and always maintenance free.
