Its two machines in one including both a thigh adductor and abductor. Offering a 200 lb. weight stack in 10 lb. increments with 5 lb. adder plate for smaller incremental weight jumps, total inner and outer thigh conditioning and strengthening for the beginner to the advanced is achieved. 11 gauge oval steel tubing maintains a rock solid platform with unmatched stability while the dense foam padding offers proper support and comfort that holds its shape for years to come. And a pop-pin cam adjustment allows users to adjust the angle of the backrest to accommodate all flexibility and comfort levels.
