Olympic Shoulder Press | Legend Fitness (3108) - Most Olympic shoulder press machines simply allow behind the neck shoulder presses to be performed. Legend went an extra step with the versatility of this machine by fabricating uprights in the front which allows front shoulder presses for the front deltoids. Both front and rear barbell uprights include safety catches when needed along with a sturdy spotters platform behind the seat backing. 3 x 3 structural steel on both sides of the cockpit are part of the bench frame and double as safety bars should the lifter ever have to bail out from the lift with a heavy barbell. The entire structure is fabricated from 3 x 3 x 11 gauge steel that is fully MIG welded for maximum structural integrity and then powder coated with your color choice. Lifters will experience maximum comfort when shoulder pressing maximum weight thanks to the extra firm bench padding that offers plenty of support when needed most and wont let you sink. Heavy-duty shoulder training with free weights doesnt get any better than this!
