The Legend Fitness 3146 is a heavy-duty tricep dipping station designed and fabricated to support the heaviest weight and to withstand the harshest commercial weight room environments. At a ship weight of 490 lbs. consisting of fully welded 3 x 3 x 11 gauge steel, the 3146 remains stable even under the load of two users using weighted dipping belts. Since the 3146 is a double tricep dip station, its great for training with a partner. As a gym owner, the 3146 helps reduce the expense and floorspace of buying two individual dipping bars.

Another benefit of the 3146 is that it includes a pair of elevated push-up handles on each side. These handles feature the same foam rubber handles and handle width as the dip handles above. Perform chest presses and tricep presses while utilizing less bodyweight than dips for higher reps or super setting.
