Four-Way Adjustable Utility Bench | Legend Fitness (3164) - The 3164 combines four utility benches all into one single bench. With a simple pop-pin adjustment its a decline bench, flat bench, incline bench and an upright bench. Seat back angles adjust to 15°, 0° (flat), 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, 85° while bottom seat angles adjust to 0°, 5°, 10°, 15° to accommodate back angle adjustments. The ability to adjust to so many angles allows for limitless dumbbell and Smith machine exercises not to mention all the barbell exercises that can be performed in a power rack. A removable footrest is included to keep the user from sliding out of the bench when performing decline presses or sit-ups. Such a versatile weight lifting bench will be a gym favorite so easy mobility is key. Each 3164 bench includes a front handle and rear rollers for easy mobility from one station to another.
