Unilateral Seated Tricep Press | Legend Fitness (6010) - Finally a plate loaded tricep press that addresses the needs of the serious lifter! The LeverEdge 6010 Unilateral Seated Tricep Press is both a bench dip and traditional bar dip all in one. For bilateral and unilateral tricep bench dips rest the chest against the pad with the palms facing down (pronated grip) and perform a bench dip. For a more traditional tricep dip that would be performed on dipping bars, grab the handles with the palms facing each other (neutral grip) with the shins and butt resting against both seat pads and perform a bar dip. Want to perform bilateral bar or bench dips? Simply insert the steel bar linking both arms together. Remove the bar for independant unilateral movement which allows the triceps to work separately which is extremely effective in helping correct dominant/weak sides. And, unlike actual bench dips, the design of the 6010 prevents the forearms from moving too far behind the body, which reduces tricep activation.
