Adjustable Horizontal Hyperextension Bench | Legend Fitness (3151) - The 3151 Hyperextension Bench by Legend Fitness is an effective posterior chain training tool, specifically targeting the lower back and hamstring muscles. Consistant work on the hyperextension, or Roman Chair as they are also known as, can do wonders for strengthening and conditioning the lower back which is paramount in preventing injury. Flexing the hamstrings while performing hyperextension exercises can create a deep and intense burn that other machines or benches just cant match. For the intermediates or advanced, try adding more resistance with a weight plate, dumbbell, kettlebell or even a sandbag.
