Varsity Gluteal /Hamstring Developer Bench | Legend Fitness (7003) - The 7003 Varsity Gluteal / Hamstring Developer Bench tones, shapes and strengthens the butt muscles, or gluteus maximus, as well as the hamstrings and lower back. For many, these results are about adding shape for a more desireable physique. To the athlete or first responder, a stronger posterior chain means better performance and less chances of getting injured.

No matter your fitness goals, the Legend 7003 Glute / Ham Developer, or GHD for short, is overbuilt to provide dependable performance year in and year out in commercial gyms. The base is fabricated from 2 x 2 x 11 gauge steel which is fully welded and remains stable under any payload. The ergonomic half dome thigh pad includes 2 thick rebond foam with a split center to allow the user to concentrate 100% on the posterior chain and not the anterior region. Foam rubber assist handles facilitate easy entry and exit of the GHD and can be especially helpful when exiting after going to failure. To accommodate users of all sizes and strength levels, the foot rollers and footplate are adjustable via pop-pin both horizontally and vertically. Densely padded foam foot rollers alleviate pressure on the front and back of the ankle and work in conjunction with the diamond plate footplate to keep the user stable throughout each rep. Since the 7003 is Made In The USA, a number of upholstery and powder coat colors can be chosen from when you place your order at no additional charge.
